1. What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and high-quality fragrance oils. This means a clean, long-lasting burn and a safer choice for your home.

2. How long will my candle burn?

Our 200ml candles burn for approximately 28–32 hours, depending on room temperature and care. For the best experience, trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. You can also pay via card or bank transfer.

4. How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?

  • Standard Delivery: PKR 250 nationwide
  • Free Shipping: on orders above PKR 5000
  • Delivery Time: 3–5 working days (major cities), 5–7 working days (remote areas)

5. What is your return or exchange policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If your candle arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll happily replace or refund your item.
