Processing Time
All candles are hand-poured in small batches. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time

• Within Pakistan: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
• We will notify you by email/WhatsApp when your order is shipped, along with tracking details (if available).

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 5,000.

Delays
Although we do our best to deliver on time, shipping delays may occur during sales, holidays, or due to courier issues. Thank you for your patience!
